Very Narrow Aisle Man-Up Turret Truck for High-Level Stacking, Picking, and Inventory Work
The Akuros K16 is a man-up three-way turret truck designed for very narrow aisle storage and high-level warehouse operation. It is suitable for warehouses that need pallet stacking, order picking, inventory checking, and high-bay storage within limited aisle space.
The K16 has a rated load capacity of 1,600 kg and a load center of 600 mm. Its forks can rotate 180° and move left and right, allowing the operator to handle pallets on both sides of the aisle while the truck remains aligned with the aisle direction. This helps improve storage density and reduces the need for wide turning areas.
The operator cabin can rise with the mast, giving the driver better visibility when working at higher rack levels. This design helps reduce the risk caused by poor visibility during high-level stacking and improves efficiency for picking, pallet placement, and stock counting.
The K16 uses an 80V full AC maintenance-free system, regenerative and electromagnetic braking, electronic steering, polyurethane wheels, and side-pull battery replacement. It can be configured with duplex mast, free triplex mast, high-lift mast, mechanical rail guidance, low rail guidance, or magnetic guidance according to warehouse layout and application requirements.

180° Fork Rotation and Side Shift
The K16 is equipped with forks that can rotate 180° and move sideways. This allows operators to pick and place pallets on the left and right sides of a very narrow aisle without turning the whole truck body.
This structure is ideal for VNA warehouse layouts where aisle width must be reduced to increase pallet positions. By combining fork rotation and side shift, the K16 improves pallet handling efficiency and makes high-density storage operation more flexible.
Man-Up Cabin for High-Level Operation
The operator cabin rises together with the forks, allowing the driver to work closer to the pallet and rack position. This improves visibility during high-level stacking, order picking, and inventory checking.
Compared with ground-level operation, the man-up design helps operators observe pallet entry, fork position, rack beam clearance, and cargo condition more directly. This supports safer and more accurate high-level material handling.

Maneuverability
180° Fork Rotation for Left and Right Stacking
The K16 can rotate the forks 180° to handle pallets on both sides of the aisle. This allows the truck to perform three-way stacking in very narrow aisles without turning the whole vehicle.
This function improves aisle efficiency and is especially useful for high-density pallet racking systems.
Minimum Stacking Aisle Width of 1,650 mm
The K16 can operate in a minimum stacking aisle width of 1,650 mm for standard mechanical rail guidance configurations. Magnetic navigation configurations may require additional aisle width depending on project design.

Mechanical Rail Guidance
Mechanical rail guidance uses bottom beams and ground rails in the aisle. The truck travels along the rail in the aisle, providing efficient and safe guided operation.

The K16 is battery-powered and suitable for indoor warehouse applications where clean operation is required. Electric operation avoids on-site exhaust emissions and is better suited for enclosed storage areas, high-bay warehouses, and cold chain facilities.
The 80V full AC system is designed for efficient power output and lower energy consumption. It helps the truck respond quickly while reducing unnecessary energy loss during travel, lifting, steering, and hydraulic functions.
The K16 uses regenerative braking and electromagnetic braking. Regenerative braking helps recover part of the energy during deceleration and supports more efficient electric operation.
